Try this breadless burger in a bowl recipe…Don’t forget to try Slimming World Burger Sauce to make your burger more authentic!
- 500g - Extra Lean 5% Beef Mince
- 1 - Finely Chopped Onion
- 2 - Crushed Garlic Cloves
- Salt & Ground Pepper
- 1/2 - Shredded Lettuce
- 8 - Sliced Ghurkins
- 1 - Finely Chopped Red Onion
- 2 - Roughly Chopped Tomatoes
Take a large non-stick frying pan and spray with Frylight, Throw in the mince along with the onion and garlic.
Stir-fry for around 7-8 mins or until the beef is properly cooked and onions have softened. Season with Salt and Pepper.
Next we need to prepare the salad so mix your lettuce, gherkins, red onions and tomatoes and share between 4 bowls.
Spoon the mince onto the salad and enjoy.
