Introducing the Cloud Egg, a new and very different way of having your eggs and as you’ll see from the recipe below you can vary the ingredients to match your taste.

Firstly, Preheat your oven to around 230°C / Gas Mark 8 |

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and place into different bowls. |

Whisk the whites until they are thick and fluffy, take this opportunity to add some extra flavour. Maybe some Spring Onions? Chives? Cheese? Experiment and see what you can come up with. |

Spoon the egg white mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving a hole in the middle for the yolk. |

Put the tray into the oven and bake for around 5-8mins then remove and add the yolk into the middle. Return to the oven for a further 3mins. |

Simply serve as part of a healthy breakfast or snack and Enjoy! |
