Homemade Syn Free Burgers2017-04-12

- 500g - 5% Beef Mince
- Spring Onions
- Ground Black Pepper
Put your mince into a mixing bowl and start grabbing handfuls and squeezing the meat into it goes smooth (a few punches also can help this process).
Next, finely chop your spring onions and throw them into the meat along with around 1tbsp of ground black pepper. Mix all together.
Shape your meat into 6 or 7 burgers (or maybe more depending on the size of the burgers)
Heavily spray a frying pan with Frylight and fry them until cooked. You may have to add a couple of extra squirts during cooking to make sure they don't dry out.
Now for the assembly, Take a wholemeal bun (Healthy Extra B) and add a half tablespoon of Hellmann's Lighter than Light Mayo to each side (0.5syn in total) put your burger in the bun and add some lettuce on top.
And there you go a very simple but very tasty quick burger perfect for any occasion especially barbecues! Enjoy!
