You can substitute ground beef with a vegetarian meat substitute, or lentils, if you’re vegetarian. Bolognese with green or brown lentils is a favourite of mine. Lentils are affordable, making them a great option for budget-friendly meals.

This pasta bake contains Bolognese sauce and healthy speed food like tomatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
