Slimming World New York Cheesecake

One of the biggest downfalls of people who are following Slimming World is making the most of their daily syns.

If you get creative enough you can pretty much use your daily syns for anything which is why we’ve decided to adapt a few cheesecakes to go with those tasty meals you are all making.

We’re starting with a classic in the form of a New York Cheesecake! This serves 8 and is 6 syns per serving


  • 80g Digestive Biscuits
  • 40g Flora Light
  • 3 Eggs
  • 750g Vanilla Quark


Step 1

Firstly preheat the oven to 200 degrees then butter the base of a cake tin around 9 inch should do it and line with baking paper.

Step 2

Either blend or crush the biscuits until they're nothing but crumbs and put into a mixing bowl

Step 3

Add the Flora Light to a pan and add the biscuits crumbs until well mixed then transfer the biscuit crumbs to the cake tin then smooth and even out the surface with the back of a spoon.

Step 4

In a separate mixing bowl mix the eggs and quark together then pour on top of the crumbs in the cake tin making sure it's evenly distributed

Step 5

Place in the oven for around 30mins until the mixture seems to have set. Then take it out of the oven and leave to cool before moving it to the fridge until cold and ready to serve.

This has quickly become a favourite and well worth 6 syns!
