Directions
This recipe for Slow Cooker Campfire Stew is by far one of the tastiest recipes that is completely Syn Free on Slimming World. It’s also probably one of the easiest too.
Perfectly paired with either rice, Slimming World Wedges or even on its own this is a versatile dish.
Do I need to soak the Gammon?
This is not essential but recommended if you have the time. Anything between 2 hours or overnight is good but it’s not the end of the world if you don’t do this.

Mix It UpAdd all the ingredients into the slow cooker leaving out only the Gammon. Give it all a good mix and move to one side of the pot. |

Add the Meat!Now add the Gammon and cover with the mixture we moved to one side earlier. |

Put a lid on it!Add the lid on top and cook for around 6 hours to allow the Gammon to tenderise and take in all the flavours |

Serve it up!Once cooked, serve it up either as it is or on top of a Jacket Potato or even some Rice! (Remember Microwave Rice has Syns!) |
