Made this soup for friends and they loved it didn’t believe me when I told them the ingredients can’t quite get my head around what goes into the soup everyone thought I had roasted tomatoes peppers garlic will definitely make again store cupboard stables you always have in

Adding up the calories on the tins, and allowing 12 calories for the onions, I get a pot total of 506 calories. Depending on servings, 1/4 of the total is around 126 calories, or 1/5 is 101 calories.

I’ve just tried it. The onions give it a little kick. It was very nice. I will be tempted to experiment with other herbs and spices to change it up from time to time.

There’s no need to cook the soup as all the ingredients that come out of the tins are cooked anyway. I just blend them together store in the fridge and heat a bowl full just before I want to eat eat, It last me a few days
