    Can I freeze this soup?

There shouldn’t be any problems with freezing the soup as long as it is heated thoroughly 🙂

    How many calories is this

    • posted by Sarah Denton on January 15, 2019

Adding up the calories on the tins, and allowing 12 calories for the onions, I get a pot total of 506 calories. Depending on servings, 1/4 of the total is around 126 calories, or 1/5 is 101 calories.

What size is the tin of baked bins & carrots

    • posted by SlimmersDelight on November 19, 2018

It depends exactly based on brand but around 400g for the beans some maybe 410-415g either way the whole tin goes in and around 250-300g for the carrots 🙂

I’ve just tried it. The onions give it a little kick. It was very nice. I will be tempted to experiment with other herbs and spices to change it up from time to time.
