750g of Chicken Breast

250g of Smoked Bacon Medallions

2 tsp Garlic Granules

1 tbsp Oregano

1 OnionChopped

150g of Reduced Fat Grated Cheddar Cheese

2 Chicken Stock Cubes

Directions
This is one of the dishes which is quickly becoming a favourite for its flavour and simplicity! Another advantage of this is it doesn’t take all day to cook and can be made very quickly. For those that like a little extra kick to their food try adding a little chilli powder/flakes to the meat with the garlic to spice it up!
Use your Healthy Extra A for the cheese which is 35g when the meal is split between 4!

Before starting, pre-heat the oven to 190c/Gas Mark 5 |

Then, slice the chicken and bacon into small thin pieces and dice the onion. |

Spray a large frying pan or a wok with Frylight and throw in the chicken and bacon and cook until browned. |

Now throw in the onions and stock cubes and season with some salt and pepper. Cover the pan and simmer for around 10-15mins. |

Next, drain any juices left over and add the garlic granules to the pan. |

Take a Pyrex dish or similar and empty the contents of the pan into it. Evenly sprinkle the cheese on top along with the Oregano and place in the oven for 20mins or until the cheese is nice and golden. |

Serve with a healthy serving of speed vegetables for an SP meal or some slimming world chips to make it extra filling. Enjoy! |
