Directions
Slimming World Syn Free Barbecue Pulled Pork is one of the meals which does take a long time to cook in the slow cooker but it is worth every second that it takes. The rich sauce that you are left with makes it very hard to believe that it’s healthy never mind syn free.
This recipe uses a slow cooker which is essential to getting the best results.

Take a mixing bowl (preferably metal or glass as this will stain plastic bowls) add the passata, mustard powder, balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce, garlic, sweetener, salt and pepper together into the bowl. |

Once that is done, move onto the pork. Simply put it into the slow cooker on high and pour in the sauce we made earlier. |

Next, find something to do for around 8 hours until it's ready to come out |

Place the meat onto a chopping board and allow to cool for around 20 minutes. Then take 2 forks and start shredding the meat. |

Sometimes the sauce dries up a little in the slow cooker so it may be worth adding a little boiling water into it to loosen things up with a whisk. Pour the sauce over pork and serve. Enjoy! |
