Directions
Tuck into these amazing double bacon and beef burgers complete with fresh crispy salad with creamy mayo. All inside a healthy wholemeal bread roll.

Grab a large mixing bowl and put in your mince, onion and parsley, Season and mix well with your hands until all combined. |

Split the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into burgers. Put the burgers on to a plate, cover and chill for 30mins. |

Next preheat the grill on high, then put a large non-stick frying pan on a high heat and place the burgers into the pan, Gently pressing on them for better cooking. Cook for around 1 minute on each side to seal the meat then lower the heat and cook for a further 5 minutes turning regularly until cooked. |

Whilst the burgers are cooking, place the 8 rashers of bacon into the grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they're cooked to your taste. |

Remove the burgers and bacon from the oven/grill and place into some kitchen roll to drain any excess fat. |

Mix the mayo and fromage frais together and put it on both sides of the wholemeal bread buns then fill them with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion, burgers and bacon. |
