Often when you search for Slimming World recipes you end up finding some restaurant style recipes which requires every ingredient you don’t have to hand and can end up being a waste of time. We’ve decided to provide some nice, quick and easy classic meals adapted to Slimming World, here’s our first addition to our new section the classic Egg & Chips!

In this recipes we’ve used an Omelette Maker for ease as the eggs turn out much nicer than in the frying pan.


  • Eggs
  • Potatoes


Step 1

Firstly we need to preheat the oven. Then to peel and chip the potatoes.

Step 2

Once that is done spray a baking tray with Frylight and place the chips on to the baking tray then place in the oven. Cook for around 30mins or until done.

Step 3

Around 5 minutes before the chips are done grab you Omlette Maker (Link Below) and spray generously with Frylight then crack the eggs into it. Be careful and try not to pop the york whilst doing this.

Step 4

Keep checking the eggs until all the white has set then plate up with the chips.

And there you have it, completely Syn Free Egg & Chips! No complicated recipes just good food 😊
