- 6 Large Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
- 1-2 Tablespoons Medium Curry Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Quark
- Salt & Pepper
- Spring Onion
Hard boil the eggs and peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthways, Scoop out the yolk and put them in the food processor.
Add the quark, white wine vinegar and curry powder, Add some salt & pepper, then blitz the mix until it's fairly smooth. Check the seasoning and add some more if necessary.
Place the mixture in a piping bag fitted with a small star nozzle, Pipe the mixture back into the hollow in each egg, then garnish with some chopped chives or spring onion.
